Hendra Wijaya is a very special kind of boss and a real estate agent.
Hendra insight about the market is very accurate and professional. He is very very honest, very intelligent and well experienced, very kind and respectable and patient in his dealings with clients.
He gives you the very right and accurate advice before the beginning of the sale campaign.
If I listened to his advice when I have listed my property with Hendra, he would have sold my property at a highly reasonable price quickly. But I was stubborn and asked for an unreasonable price and I lost the opportunity to achieve a quick and successful sale. Then the market became unstable and volatile and it took us long to sell. I thank Hendra so much for being patient and kind along the way of the sale until we achieved again a good and reasonable price. I can’t imagine anyone else could have borne with me for a long period of time. My experience with Hendra was absolutely fantastic and awesome in all aspect of customer service.
Hendra is an absolute professional in all aspects of the real estate industry. We were recommended to you by an investment advisor in the National Australia Bank’s private banking division who was aware that you had sold properties in Raleigh Park recently and had an extensive overseas prospective buyer database.
