I recently rented a property through Richardson & Wrench Maroubra with the agent David Hotait. The previous property we were renting had been sold and after looking for months we were under serious pressure to find something and move quickly. We viewed a property with David on a Sat and completed the application the same day. David was in touch first thing on Monday as the application required some additional info. By close of business that same day David had gotten our application approved and we had paid the deposit and he then sent us the details for the bond. The previous tenants had just vacated so David wanted to review the property and fix any maintenance issues, and requested we move in the following week, I explained our situation that we needed to move urgently so he went over and beyond to get the property cleaned and maintenance issues complete prior to us moving in within 3 days. After months of looking I had dealt with many real estate agents, some good but many very poor so was feeling very jaded at this time but dealing with David was a breath of fresh air! He communicated with us throughout the process, was straight up and honest and went over and above to facilitate us. We have a toddler and dog so finding a place and moving is always stressful but David helped the process so much. I can’t recommend this agency or David enough! I’m hoping this is my last rental until we can buy our forever home and my first stop will be David.
